They slip out an announcement near 7 pm on the 11th advising of the 4 million warrants at 38 cents in return for the borrowing of a realtively insignificant amount of money just to keep the lights on.

They then issue a fluffy anouncement before market open when everyone is alert the following day which basically says management have failed, we are running out of money so UK plans on hold and we will run out of money even quicker focussing on USA where other BNPL are experiencing bad debts out of control.

The warrant holders need a bid to sell their 4 million shares into and average daily volumes not high enough for that without collapsing the share price so looks like retail bought the story hook Line and sinker
