    They're micro issues, and they are indeed terrible. The macro issue is the continuing tech sell-off which will drag the price lower regardless what Disallowed announcement is issued.
    If good tech companies are getting sold off, what of the bad ones?
    There's not much meat left on the OPY bones, and the vultures are circling.
