Why wouldn't you look to monetise the technology they have built with another business line. It must be of some use if someone the size of Woolworths is the first to take it on.

they need to get the BNPL strategy perfected first. No point being a half decent product in multiple markets.

everything they do will burn cash so at this early stage, focussing on your core business model is imperative
