    Imagine the investment company getting 100 million shares at 20 cents per share to inject $20M to keep the lights on. Existing shareholders diluted and then the $20M consumed in the matter of months.

    The dilution spiral never ends. It's simply accept a dud deal like that or turn the lights off.
