Not so clear to me that we will see consolidation as opposed to letting the weakest die. Most of the smaller BNPL providers have little brand value. Their tech is likely redundant. I guess the only reason that could motivate a purchase is not from a larger competitor, but a company that wants to roll out BNPL quickly. Overseas buyer or local one in a connected sector. Maybe.
