Openpay is growing too slow

Option 1 - extend credit to riskier accounts, which depletes cash

Option 2 - further reduce workforce and overheads which will slow sales growth

Option 3 - increase fees which will likely reduce sales growth

Option 4 - get more capital whilst they can or simply fold, otherwise options 1 to 3 may result in insolvency. It's ok if management salaries keep being paid and silly shareholders keep being diluted.
