On this news I would say that Vonex shareholders have been f*ed over mercilessly.
I was an early believer in the Oper8ter product- even if I did have misgivings given the failure of similar prior crossplatform offerings. I was given a very impressive preview of its capabilities. However, even at that time I was informed (years ago) that Vonex already had an Oper8tor domain registered and that it was likely to be spun off. This did not feel good to me. And in the fullness of (way too much) time it looks like Mr Parker is walking off with the prize, while you the shareholder sees zero benefit for funding his R&D for years+. What a f*up. Pleased I sold out long ago.
