Yep and there is still announcement about Matt and Angus cancelling their performance shares. How can they still sit in the company when Oper8tor is not moving forward and we do not have a viable product. These performance shares are a noose around the necks of shareholders and were basically not thought through. Any real board would have moved to have those shares cancelled. Angus is not working for the company any more so how can he be rewarded if anything happens with the oper8tor app. The board really needs to step up and cancel those shares immediately. They were the worst thought through incentive being that there is no time limit on them so basically they are staying and if someone comes and offers the company $1 for the Oper8tor IP then they will get a large chunk of the company with shareholders receiving no benefit what so ever. This has been a disaster for the company and we need to have a board that can do the right thing to at least salvage something for its shareholders.
