They were the worst thought through incentive being that there is no time limit on them so basically they are staying and if someone comes and offers the company $1 for the Oper8tor IP then they will get a large chunk of the company with shareholders receiving no benefit what so ever. This has been a disaster for the company and we need to have a board that can do the right thing to at least salvage something for its shareholders.

I agree. Even with operator set aside, they are going to run out of cash and unless there is a miracle turn around in Q2 and onwards, they will not make a profit.
