Yes! The company is getting executives in order for further growth. Wellard has now had a number of positives but still the SP languishes. Understandable given significant decline since IPO, given negative events and delayed reporting to ASX/investors on occasion. So instos are very wary.

Nevertheless, I'd expect a re-rating at sometime. However, realistically a positive re-rating may not occur until next reporting season, where financials are revealed. Evidence called for now, not just good news, business strategy changes/gains, or new management team members.

For me, I will buy on lows during the current period rather wait for financial gains to manifest into higher SP in the next period.
