That is what they did not address in the press release. Costs have gotta be higher on lower production,
They are trying to keep the troops contented by showing their intentions to pay dividends rather than clearing debt. That is not a good sign, IMO.
I would not be surprised to see the AUD POG under 1400 later this year, and the profit margin will be below expectations.
It looks like RRL will head back to last years lows at some point in 2015.
