The conveyer loader, jetty, weighbridge are being constructed. Some of this was set for Jan completion. Weigbridge based on recent updates is around 70% complete. If you were a customer coming to pick up coal, its surely is easier once the jetty and conveyor belt are in operation would it not? Maybe im grasping at straws but if there is no immediate urgency from a customer point of view, waiting for the infrastructure to be in place is surely easier and safer with load weight more accurate?
