    All I see is further expense being trucked( barged)in and no real explanation on how all this is being paid for.The true issues of coal barging and revenue are being discluded deliberately.We all are becoming solely reliant on Mr Chin’s whims.
    I Challenge anyone here to trumpet the true merits of this operation and where this is all heading
