I disagree with the view here. yes water levels mean nothing until barges arrive. but these weekly reports have confirmed one thing -- loading days per year will be max 80-100 days, not the 300 days Cokal talks about. all these 80-100 days are within the rain reason, and even here it's barely a 60-70% day utilisation. most other days during the rain season water level
is low for barging. beyond the rain season we will have 0 days available
so 25% of days in the year available for barging.
weekly reports serve a good purpose
