Yes MD and escrow are risks. He has intimated he wants to grow the business long term. His son has joined the business, as to what he does we cannot know. I suspect that is part of the reason the aussie directors have appointed bby. Why would he sell when the share price is low? If the price was high and they were spruiking b.s. I would be more worried. I think he will hold and grow company.
The top 20 was covered about a month ago. It may have changed but the main overhang is the citi-group holding which rumour has is being negotiated for...
Go back over some of the SBB history on HC and most of your queries have been mentioned many times. They are not invalid but again I think already priced in.
The analyst reports range from 33c to $1.00 . Sbb suffers from lack of confidence due to the questions you raise. But the longer it trades the more confidence will grow. There are hurdles but they are not huge.
