When you go to China and visit warehouses and factories, that I often do, you will find that they are always much bigger than they require. It has to do with the prestige that is an important part of the Chinese business culture. Ultimately it is an inefficient way of spending CAPEX. Renting this space out is unlikely as half China is standing empty. One of the reasons to for the sharp decline in property prices, IMO
