the problem on these forums is that people see anything bad said as being downramping or gloating on others misfortunes. I do none of either of these. its just much easier to see the plain truth staring at you in the face when you don't have a decision to make on it.

if they couldnt get a loan to do the 'expansion' last time. they definitely wont now. I wonder what the WA gov thinks of their outrageous taxes now?
