I am buying back in new at these prices, having watched and waited.
If you look at what you are buying (a share of a $75M cap company) that is built and has money in the bank and doesn't need to come back for more until they either get it fully operational, or can pin the equipment provider for performance guarantees. EBTEC can't afford to walk away and will throw plenty of resources to get this working.
A new CEO and all current management don't want the stench of a failed project, so they will be doing all they can.
Certainly teething problems with the pond management, but this seems to be addressed and we will know this in a few months time.
The S04 debacle is a big bucket of sh*t that the rest of this fledgling industry gets thrown into. Irrational investment judgement comes from this.
If they can create a business that will produce a very sought after and valuable product for 30+ years, then many will be kicking themselves for not buying at this early stage.
If they burn through the cash and can't get the business at turnover stage, then they deserve to be judged as a failure and I will take a loss. Risk versus benefit at these prices - I'm in!
