I'm out. This hurts, I haven't had a lot of investment success lately. I am thinking that these guys will be lucky not to get sued for misleading investors. That CR was never for an upgrade but to fix the litany of issues they were facing. That's not a good look for securing more financing. I think there is a lot more pain ahead before things get better, if they get better.
