The Remuneration motion needs a 70% vote in favour to pass. There was a NO vote last year. It could happen again. Are the board members allowed to vote for the Remuneration motion?. Will the AGM (date 20 Nov, venue not announced yet) be in person or virtual?. Adelaide based so COVID appropriate seating should be able to be organised with an appropriately sized venue. Closing date for nomination to the board is today, I wonder if there have been or will be any nominations?
