By 'buying heaps of stuff' i assume you are talking the aquisitions RCR have been making over the last few years.

They have been buying all kinds of companies and struggling to integrate them. They used a lot of cash along the way.

I think they will survive. They just need to consolidate all of the different business units and trim the overheads.

I think it could be a good long term stock. I have sold out my holding and will get back in towards the end of the year as I am expecting the FY results to be a shocker.
