Once the options "are in the money" roughly when CL8 shares are trading around 0.03c shareholders will start to convert the options into CL8 shares paying 0.02c for each share. The money for the 0.02c per share goes to the companies bank account. If you don't convert the options before they expire (may next year) they are worthless.
