From my perspective a larger holder of the options may consider exercising if a couple of things happen…..
1) the SP get's to far ahead of the option price, once in the money of course, as there will be an opportunity to sell the shares and re-buy more options. This is a benefit to the company re: capital, which will also re-enforce the SP….IMO
2) the party that is exercising them has a significant holding of shares as well and they wish to improve the likelihood of the success of the company by re-capitalising it, thereby enhancing the value of their shareholding.
Personally, I feel both scenario's are quite likely over the next 6 months……..
