It would be interesting to know the upfront fee and also % of revenue we will receive. Guess the upfront fee would depend on the number of vehicles the 3rd party has and initial cost to setup the platform for them to access it. I wouldn't be getting to excited about the upfront fee as imo it will be minimal. Maybe 5 figure definitely not 6. The real benefit will come from getting a % of the revenue for doing bugger all. Imagine the 3rd party has 50 vehicles. They are booked out 33% of the time @ $30 per day. So revenue would be $10 per day/$3650 per year per vehicle. $3650× 50 vehicles = $182500 revenue from 3rd party. Lets say we get 10% (just a guess, it could be less or it could be more) thats just over $18k per year. Add to this, now we have one deal with a third party you would think more will follow. Who knows we may have 10 third party deals with dmc, a couple with mycaravan and even some with rentoid within 12 months. A pretty good income on the side for not doing much.
