Morning all.

This is an excellent announcement imo. The potential leverage to come from licensing their existing P2P technology platform out to third party fleet managers is going to be significant long term. They can potentially replicate this business model over and over to as many prospective parties as possible. Not only that, they also gain access to a larger fleet of vehicles which can also be monetised. IMO, they're keeping the finer details ie of upfront fee and percentage fees to themselves due to competition.
