Hi, is it possible to get an Independant Consultant/Advisor, appointed to advise if delisting would actually be in the best interest of all shareholders? Why are we just accepting the word of Livetiles Board and its founders that this is a "good thing". It seems that what they are really going to do after delisting, has already been discussed and decided upon amongst them. The true version has not been divulged to us however.

Other posters suggest that management are really concerned with a 2nd strike vote. This seems very plausible. Why are they wanting to run for the hills?
