They just had a strategic review last year (presented 26th Aug 2021) so either they did nothing post that review which included land & expand, improve retention, product simplification, organisational restructure, CAC improvement etc etc.....they are now saying these are their objectives AGAIN!!!
As for capital raise/sale/M&A/Nasdaq listing.....all of this can be done now (and not necessarily at the current share price, so what is stopping them if they have a compelling story).
Seems like mgmt gone off on a tangent, and the board not strong enough (or interested) in pulling them back in line.
All of this is going to cost another $1-2m and how can this farcical 'strategy' get 75% of votes?
