I was amused somewhat by Simon's claim on the call that LiveTiles is having to compromise its position when negotiating contracts with larger clients in order to get them "over the line" to meet quarterly reporting deadlines. Given that sales appear to be largely stagnant over the last 12 months, it feels like it was a bit of a cop out comment.

I am still very skeptical about liquidity. They are trying really really hard to sell the idea of liquidity through Primary Markets, however, as others have pointed out, it is significantly flawed, and even impossible for smaller shareholders. I understand that LiveTiles has no current plans to list on NASDAQ. While this, and other options "may" be possible in the future, I would prefer to focus on what we realistically know is going to happen in the foreseeable future, rather than speculate about the future as a unicorn company.

At the moment, I'm still leaning towards voting against.... but have not 100% made up my mind.

When I suggested a listing on the Nasdaq 2 years ago I was told the Company needs 100m of recurring revenue before contemplating a listing. What has changed ?
