That's what frustrates me overall is that the strategy of focusing on enterprise is sound and I don't mind the drop off in client #'s when ARR is steady and costs are steady to declining.
Also these small investments in adjacent categories is SaaS 101 and some are showing sign of life already.
So I can't believe that management has lost patience and is trying this - they just want to return to raising capital or just want to sell the company (same thing different way to get there).
If it stays listed in may flounder a little but numbers will do the talking in the end and the EX addressable market is evidently just as large as the intranets one and they have a lot of enterprise clients that will require both.
