It’ll be a no vote from me. We heard all about Atlassian again and saw a graph showing increase in cash receipts v share price. I’m not really sure the relevance when costs are not under control and ARR on a constant currency basis hasn’t moved in 18 months. Weirdly the graph also showed an increase in cash receipts between December and March. Why the rush on this decision too? Why can’t we have the AGM first and allow investors to ask questions rather than rehearsed questions. It wasn’t open to the floor at all.
Why also blame quarterly reporting to rush sales deals when there has been no growth happening. I really can’t see this getting over the line now.
Two options really, fresh eyes on the business or a sale.
