It is very clear that this company will continue on ASX after September. Most of the shareholders will vote against the delisting because the proposal is not in the interest of any shareholders who are mostly losing paper money at the moment. It is a really bad time to propose delisting because the SP is not moving in the right direction and most shareholders are not satisfied with the performance. It was a bad decision from management to delist the company now. Much interesting and exciting vote action will be in November.
