I was in a Company many years ago that delisted called Marine Produce. The delisting spin sounds a good idea at the time, in my experience once delisted they start with capital raising, holders like myself are reluctant to participate as the question of being able to sell in the future at a fair price was uncertain so slowly we get diluted. Eventually I was that diluted that much that my original $10k was worth about $100.
Please do your own research but I've been bitten before. Who knows this time it might be the opposite to my experience.
