Slide 11: there is no inverse relationship between share price and revenue. At 40c the company was valued at 10x, which only makes sense if it has an exceptional growth. Today it’s rated at 1x (or lower because of the announcement of the delisting) which is more than favourable for a company burning money and shrinking.
Slide 16: wtf? Are they trying to tell us that all listed companies are unable to define their own strategy? This is ridiculous.
Just two examples of bad reasoning to try to get the vote over the line. IMO Kneppy is spot on re management performance and inability to show a path for profitability
