Yeah something is not right. On one announcement they state they need to implement a new strategy and expect rhe next few qtrs to be bad but then on webinar state they expect to be profitable in second half of year.I initiallyinitially thought the delisting was to avoid a second strike and get board booted but since I've now learnt that second strike does not lead to board getting booted, imy only conclusion is they want to raise capital but need higher valuation.With LVT havi g more than 100 shareholders then the company still needs to comply with all the same rules as a public company. So it's not about taking full control either.4E resuktsresults out before end of month so will wait for that to get more info.
