I guess some subtle thinking is required.

Bowman as a local would have known better than anyone else if the operation was profitable or not. So if KMC was to go under we would have seen him offload his substantial shareholding over the past couple of weeks.

Instead, he added to his position knowing that the mine will shut down and knowing that there is a plan B to come.

Also remember the shareprice spike prior to the Trading Halt. I guess that some insiders liked the idea of the operation shutting down and bought prior to the halt.

Too bad that I am located overseas ( Germany ) otherwise I'd be talking to Bowman personally and uncover what's really going on and where we are headed.

Anyway, not much we can do now but sit and wait.
