re: Ann: Operational Changes - Bullant Gold P... Rough position is as follows (unconfirmed same broker source rumour) apparently
- KMC run through all Cash and in now in some Serious Debt (noone sure how)
- two choices now: Admin or Deeply Discounted Rights Issue
- two Perth Brokers asked for urgent underwriting proposals, at least one of the brokers is looking at it seriously - speculation: 500m shares @ 1c or maybe less at higher price - the rough estimate of what may be obtained or needed, may be more or less depending on DD and True Debt Situation as it becomes clearer
- Rights money needed just to pay Debts and run An Orderly Sale process
- Buyers for the mine may include Phoenix (they must be laughing, I was informed)

You might contact the Company for news of how this has all come to pass so quickly since the gushing good news in the Quarterly a few short weeks ago but the KMC website is down or has been turned off - Tits Up already?
