I understand that none of the Directors had any idea at all that there was any problem in the slightest either operationally or financially - None Whtsover - until after the Close of Trade on Friday 17 February after which Trade in shares was promptly suspended in prudence. All the Directors are in a situation known as "In The Clear" because they knew nothing and prudently could have known nothing until they took the prompt and prudent step of calling a Trading Halt.

There was new news of Serious Debt and Shocking Missed Targets that none of them could or should have known prior to the close of trade Friday 17th. All taken by Total Surprise here. Just like you.

Understood also our Board hopes and expects that another soon to be announced Rights Issue at a good price to reward loyal shareholders will absolve the Board from any responsibility to have known about the
