But it's the MD's role, with his accountant and what not, to keep an eye on cashflow - negative or positive - then there's all this "previously undisclosed debt"?!

Are you telling me the company took on some sort of 'secret' debt but the MD wasn't a party to it?!

Now that would be funny/sad if true.....
