Given the first batch could potentially fund the 3rd or 4th batch, the gap in funding is pretty small and temporary which is why I say another CR isn't so unlikely. If not much funding is required and real money is about to start coming in there maybe little benefit to a joint venture.

I agree with what you said about the potential time frame. As you said once 2nd batch is up then there might be no need for much joint venture. That’s why I am thinking the JV might come in before the second batch is sent and there could be a window for that to happen.
