I bought in! I've been watching this for a few days as it reminded me of KYK doing a cash raise with Richard White CEO of Wisetech. The SP is still roughly 4x higher than Mr White's purchase price, but that doesn't and shouldn't matter very much.
A solid CR, Directors buying more, a great partnership, and a very low MC. More than enough for me to buy in!
