that means along way to transport product to be shipped. in the case of wonarah it was about $115 AUD per tonne and i think Ardmore was about $100 based of 800k operation. This is why CXM are desperately trying to scale up Ardmore with what ever funding they can get.

However you will always live with the risk that your haulage costs are fixed and selling at $200-$250 AUD if the price moves down you will be unprofitable pretty quick. Then you take into account Morocco costs of production are $30-$35ud per tonne and you understand why centrex are the first DSO phosphate company in oz.

Now if avenira had been able to quickly monetise this while the price was at $350 US per tonne then great but doesn't look that way.

But long term for wonarah or Ardmore (like phosphate hill) they will need to go down stream as then when you sell a product for $2000 US the $100 AUD haulage cost isn't such an issue.

Now given avenira IMO is further down the track with credible tech and capital partners to build a YP plant (phos acid) and separately a LFP Plant (ALEES) then yes centrex is a avenira wannabe.

Further to this another avenira wannabe First Phosphate has also signed an MOU with LIT for their yet to be built demonstration plant and centrex haven't identified a methodology by which they can produce phos acid.
