Closed on its low being $4.82 which normally would indicate further falls to come. Unlikely to revisit the March low of $3.75 so an entry below $4.50 would be a handy acquisition. No franking credit paid last half on 10c dividend. Assuming full year dividend is 25c partly franked then that would equate to a yield of 5.6% + any franking credit at a buy in price of around $4.50. Should achieve capital growth from those levels as well. Say a target of $6.50.

So its not unreasonable to expect a 20% return over 12 months from dividends & capital growth. (unless the world goes pear shaped)
