Wrong again. J.B. said refining to Carbonate was a no brainer at the AGM.
PLL have had the review on the Carbonate plant since Jan.
I don't know how long they can hold out legally before responding, however a strategic partner needs to be in place for funding before any refining will occur IMO.
P.S. The Haddington execs departed due to telling porkies in ASX Announcements.
