The PTS released in Jun'23 states, that the JV (i.e. Sayona Quebec) has as
so what is it that you are thinking PLL is holding out on (with implied illegality associated therewith)? Maybe listen again to the AGM. Plenty of references in there wrt to the carbonate plant and the JV support thereof (and that includes PLL) ... right towards the end.

The target still sits at the same - that 5 year from the date of anniversary of signing the deal is a target to get the carbonate plant working or substantially working. That doesn't change. but don't underestimate the funding difficulties - it GOES NOWHERE without funding and a partner (and that wont be PLL's fault). So all this tea leaf reading of timelines et al is a waste of time presently.
