But I don't follow you regarding "PLL have had the review on Carbonate plant since Jan"
The PTS released in Jun'23 states, that the JV (i.e. Sayona Quebec) has as

so what is it that you are thinking PLL is holding out on (with implied illegality associated therewith)? Maybe listen again to the AGM. Plenty of references in there wrt to the carbonate plant and the JV support thereof (and that includes PLL) ... right towards the end.

"...just for the shareholders, right at this point in time we are to disregard any carbonate producing timelines until further notice. I think there's a tolerance that has to be accepted in there. The target still sits at the same - that 5 year from the date of anniversary of signing the deal is a target to get the carbonate plant working or substantially working. That doesn't change. There's no penalties for not doing that - it's, I would say hat there's a hard wired penalty in there - but the wording around is soft. I would say it's, if you have a commitment to move through that, if we're sitting there and we've gone and put a bit of crash barrier around a site and said we've started, that's not going to fly. but don't underestimate the funding difficulties - it GOES NOWHERE without funding and a partner (and that wont be PLL's fault). So all this tea leaf reading of timelines et al is a waste of time presently.

Disagree, NAL was awarded on the JV commitment to go downstream by Q3,2027. KP has been spruiking that, if not met, (buying time for PLL) then we only have to pay a small fine. Any wonder the Canadian Govt has held back.
