Needless to say, I doubt Brown visited again a few months later to assess how NAL could be improved and that job was handed to our COO at NAL.
Perhaps you could follow your own suggestion to Norbeto and ask JB where he has been instead of making unsubstantiated guesses.
The COO's job isn't to have his hand held on site by the CEO, not that it matters much I'm sure both are capable of using a phone or have a video conference, they are both miners and both know what's needed.
Still the same bash and hold approach.
