His response is simply underneath your initial email.....
As I said, why cant you simply show his exact reply email?
His reply email would have your address on it and show it as having been received from JB with the date received... (you could black out your details)...

So instead we have your email and supposedly his reply typed underneath.... As all that is visible is typing under your email.
It also took him nearly a month to reply to those 2 basic questions? 19th Dec and no reply until 12th Jan?
Anyway, this digresses all of my point, which is kudos to COO and workforce at NAL.
If you and Whisky want to give credit to the board that's your call. Many others not just myself think they need the shaft.
