Some good signs that we are not going into C&M. "we arent headed for c&m. Full steam ahead"

Recoveries looking better and ore dome almost finished.

Not so Good imo:

- breakdowns (common in mining)

- 150,000t total production (based on last 3 months averaged) only leaves 37,000 for the joint venture of which 75% is SYA share. "JB has said if necessary he will push more our way (JV) during ramp up"

Not alot of scope to make money when the rest is sold below cost - $814USD sell vs $839USD cost.- "and what do you expect Piedmont is making on their share at current contract prices?"

We are still basically a drone worker bee for Piedmont.-

cost reduction not expected till end of year now- " costs recution wont be realised until dividing the higher output, If targets are reached this recution will be huge", dont forget were currently onyl around $100 higher than DFS outlined AISC"

delay to SYA exploration due to putting in more cash to the JV for only PLL benefit. "i think you've misinterpret the last line about exploration expenditure"
