But who conducted the operations at the NAL site during the NAL review period and what data was collected and presented to the board for them to steer the ship in the direction of "continuing ramp up".

Again, credit to both the NAL operator and also the work force ie foot soldiers on the ground doing the hard yards here.

Its common place in todays society to be ignorant of the actual workers that get a company through trying times.... Again a subtle reminder that JB and co got a pay raise while some were laid off over this period.

You also have to re-assess, our COOs work load over this time when he is also in charge of Moblan and we had the DFS handed out recently.

Management can receive some praise when our share price generates some capital growth or we get a dividend.

Perhaps you could follow your own suggestion to Norbeto and ask JB where he has been instead of making unsubstantiated guesses.

The COO's job isn't to have his hand held on site by the CEO, not that it matters much I'm sure both are capable of using a phone or have a video conference, they are both miners and both know what's needed.

Still the same bash and hold approach.
