Sodium batteries have a lower energy density so the batteries would have to be heavier which well pretty obvious at this point, heavier battery in a car means less mileage/km's.
So until then that's not happening.
The other argument is Graphite for batteries, which still uses lithium but isn't commercially viable and I don't expect any decent prototypes till 2030 at a minimum.
